Sporty Diva promotes Health and Wellness for Women thru Healthy, Fabulous and Fit Workshops and by offering products that help to create an I Can Do It attitude. I was sick and tired of being overweight and depressed. I took 18 months off from the scale and did some soul searching about the reasons that I overate. For the first 9 months I scaled back on my normal foods. January 2003, I began to educate myself about food and became more organized with my approach to nutrition and fitness. When I weighed myself on my birthday in September 2003, I had lost a whopping 100 pounds. In June 2006, I became certified Personal Trainer.
