Hello, thank you so much for visiting my shop. Take a look around and pick up a creation or two! My name is Cindylou (also known as CLOU). I am an artist, a designer, a crafter, an instructor, a wife and a Mom. I love to create beautiful, colorful, unique designs.
My Image Dolls are my most notable works. Inspired by Jacob Lawrence as a youngster, I set out to create works that invoke a feeling of familiarity from my audience. I focus on hair color, style and texture, skin tones, accessories and maybe even a slight tilt of the head of my pieces that spark a sense of connection to the person who may see it and be reminded of someone in their life. This is where "Image Dolls" came from. The audience will see a piece and the "image" and will connect it to someone they know. My "Angel of Mine" Line has been very popular for all seasons.
