Church Street Mountain City, Tennessee 37683, along with appropriate Vendor fee (see vendor fee schedule). Completed Vendor application and signed Rules & Guidelines, along with fee, are due by June 30th, 2013. Please call or email for any special circumstances, or for any additional information.
