Jim and Joyce Lillquist are a husband and wife duet playing music on the hammered dulcimer (hand built by Jim) and autoharp, performing instrumental old time, Celtic, ethnic, and Renaissance music for all ages. On occasion we will pull out the hurdy gurdy, African kalimba, English concertina, and Irish whistle. For over thirty years Joyce and I have played music at fairs including IL State Fair, Decatur Celebration, Christmas tour music, libraries, Renaissance Festivals, and Medieval Faires. Children love to dance to our music. We add a spark of joy to every event that we attend.
