I started sewing at a young age, and it always made me happy to give someone a nice gift. I love to see all of the colors and designs come together in a unified piece. In my spare time, I like to check out pinterest or flip through magazines for fresh ideas. If I see an idea I like, I say, "wow, I'm going to sew that." It gives me a great deal of satisfaction to step up to the challenge, figure it out, and have it turn out great. It's even more wonderful when someone else appreciates the art and time involved to create a quilt made with love. Not only that, but a quilt adds a certain cozy or pizazzy touch to your room and then all is right in the world. So warm, so snuggly, so....oh did I just fall asleep? zzz...
