I started making soaps in 2005 because my daughter was allergic to all store bought soaps (no matter how gentle). So I researched and figured out how to make my own soap and started bathing her and she had no more break outs! Later my late husband ended up with a rare illness and went through different medications and chemotherapies. These treatments caused an array of skin issues. I was able to create soaps that would help him and not irritate his skin more than the medication already had. Some of the soaps even helped the irritations go away. I have a passion for learning what oils, butters, and herbs can help, but I am unable to publish it due to Government regulations.
