We produce maple syrup create our own maple confections in house; maple candy, maple cream, maple cotton candy, maple glazed nuts, maple sugar and maple popcorn. We feature a tasting experience to guests which includes sampling the three color grades of maple syrup along with our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. We strive to educate people on how maple syrup is made. We also make our maple popcorn on site at events.
