The Temple Terrace Community Arts Festival is a juried outdoor fine art and craft show. It is set in the scenic open fields of Greco Middle School under a canopy of grandfather oaks. The land is grassy and flat which allows for easy access to vendors and visitors alike. It is located on Fowler Avenue just east of I75 in Temple Terrace, Florida.
The all volunteer Arts Council directs the festival and another outdoor art venue named "Art en Blanc" held in the spring of each year under the shady oaks and twinkling stars of Woodmont Park. Both events provide access to art to a community of 28,000 and continues art exposure with public art installations and school grants.
