After painting for over 50 years, yes, 50 years! and feeling like I had painted everything, I took a class in weaving at Ghost Ranch in New Mexico as cross training for some inspiration and I got completely hooked on weaving.
That was almost 8 years ago and I am still exploring every type of weaving and loom. My stand out favorites are scarves and tapestry where I can still create something much like a painting.
