In 2011 Kathy Mathews established TEXAS COTTAGE JAMS in the Cypress area of Texas, and a dream came true. Serving delicious homemade jams and salsa, using only the freshest fruits and vegetables available. Our jams are not mass produced - each jar is cooked and sealed with the love and care that only Grandma can give...until now.
