Arlon Davis writes western fiction set in the 1870's. He has four books in print. These books are a series about a young boy who was orphaned as a baby and raised by the Comanche Indians. When he is put back into society, He cannot read nor write. The main characters make a cameo appearance in every book with new characters introduced. The four books are: The Texas Man, The Legend of One-Eyed Jack, Dr. Hob's Journey and Emilee's Secret. These books encourage individuals to pick up a book and read. Life's principals are taught through out each book. They encourage young people to be a "man of their word".
