The AKB brings a unique and improvisational sound to the Southeast. The band's original and cover music blends influences of 90's alternative artists, 70's classic rock bands, jazz, trop rock, country, reggae, and folk music. Adam Kiraly, lead vocalist, is the classically-trained driving force of the band, an inspired singer/songwriter who also plays acoustic guitar and percussion. Charlie Hampton is a top notch jazz artist who brings a smoking hot improv saxophone to the stage as well as flute and piano. Dan Lowe is a tasteful and creative drummer and percussionist who extensive experience in reggae and rock bands.
