The Fresh Fraulein, Manchaca, TX
The Fresh Fraulein came about when we moved to Central Texas and Austin and noticed how much German heritage there was in the area.
Husband and wife team decided to do what they love......cooking. Stefan is from Cologne and has come from Germany 9 years ago and I,Itala,am from Poland but lived in Munich for many years.
Together we decided to ofer something different and started making potato pancakes garnished with sour cream and apple sauce and bratwurst with onions or on a stick.
