I have been a food vendor for over 6 years. I have a food cart, food truck and we cater a lot of big events like weddings, concert food truck rally's. I take pride in the food we serve. We smoke all the meat and make some wonderful sandwiches and side dishes. I'm trying to find some events to do in January and February. Colorado is pretty cold during that time and food vending slows down.
