The Ice Shavery is a mobile Louisiana inspired Shaved Ice/Snoball trailer featuring a huge variety of sugar cane based flavored syrups and a few sugar free options too! Besides specialty combinations of flavors we also have fun additions to the ice like a super sour spray or traditional condensed milk topping. Also serving traditional festival fare concessions, such as pretzel bites, hot dogs, and nachos. We are Independently owned and operated by a husband and wife team. We are properly licensed with Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, District No. 2 and currently operate only in Michigan. Available for all types of events!!
