A unique popcorn concession. Its unique in prepartion and presentation. our kettle corn is lightly popcorn prepared in a huge, antique, cast iron kettle. In fact, the pioneers prepared popcorn in their rendering kettles at the end of their buthering seaqson using fresh lard they had rendered over a roaring wood fire..we use propane gas and soybean oil. our presentation is exciting, entertaining and a real crowd pleaser. when the corn begins popping it flies high in the air above the kettle, and with the accompanying pop creates both a visual and sound treat for young and old. not to mention the wonderfull aroma!
