Hi, my name is Jim Kurek. I am currently co-owner with Amy Griffin of The Midway in Berea, Oh. The Midway is a restaurant that serves all your favorite Fair Foods all year long. We also have an Original Philly CheeseSteak Concession Trailer. (The Original Philly CheeseSteak is not steak on a stick, a Steak Hoagie, a Rib Eye steak sandwich. It is an original chopped steak sandwich with oodles of cheese, onions, green peppers and mushrooms served on a steak bun or as a wrap. The sandwich originated in Philadelphia, PA).
