Hi there,
My partner and I have been building birdhouses for about a year now. She does the woodwork, and I do the painting, etc. on the outside. Additionally she makes furniture and indoor aviaries. My other interests include polymer clay, and making cards, magnets, and bookmarks. I enjoy painting on canvas with acrylics, but am not quite confident enough to call myself a painter!
We use mainly post consumer products: old barn wood, used metal, faucets, keys, anything that we can use to make our houses look cool without having to create more waste. Although we do use quality paint and polycrylic sealant so that they will last a long time.
We are looking forward to traveling to a variety of shows to meet other artists.
