For 13 years, Alteredskin Revolution has been a staple of the Saginaw, MI entertainment scene. Alteredskin is best described as a fusion of music, art and popular culture. While the event's original intent was to promote local artists, it has grown to include national acts as well. Past shows have drawn between 2500-3000 fans from all over the country. Playing an important role in the revitalization of Downtown Saginaw, Alteredskin has also boosted sales for local businesses and brought attention to a number of local charities.
