We are a small Artisan food company nestled along the Lake Michigan shoreline in Holland, Michigan. We specialize in creating gourmet Artisan made fruit preserves and offer many interesting varities to choose from. Our recipes are inspired by the vast selection of fruits that grown here in Michigan but with a culinary twist. Our preserves are made with no pectin, no preservatives, we use whole fruit not fruit juice and are made in the true Artisan method. We cook our preserves in open copper kettles, stir them by hand, every step of our process is done by hand. We are looking to share our products throughout our great state but yet remaining small enough to stay a true "speciality item" and staying true to the Artisan methods we use today!
