Tilly Fest – Bluegrass Woodland – celebrates the life and times of Yolo County's Holstein Queen and world renowned dairy champion Tilly Alcartra (1908-1924). In her day, her reputation was unsurpassed and she set world records from 1914-1920. Family fun with music, exhibits, food, drink and vendors. The fundraiser will help establish a downtown history museum to be sustained by Woodland Parlor 30, Native Sons of the Golden West.
