Touching Carta is a one woman artist-crafter by the name of Rachel Mallino, out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Rachel is a crafter who uses her love of poetry to guide her art. She specializes in decoupage and tactile art by merging abstract concepts into objects that can be touched or turning old objects, new. A published poet, Rachel uses her down writing time to express herself through paper, wood, glue, and almost anything she can get her hands on. When not working on her own projects, she also takes commission requests.
