The TRAM Fair is the only outsider and folk art festival in South Carolina. The event takes place the first Saturday of October and over 50 artists are expected for the event from all over the Southeast. The event is a part of Outsider Art Week Upstate, a week long celebration of outsider and folk art in the Upstate of South Carolina.
