Vincenzo's Italian Water Ice company is a mobile vendor. We sell frozen sorbet italian ice. Our product is 100% fat free, 100% cholesterol free and 100% dairy free. It is not shaved ice that is flavored, rather, it is made by the same process by which ice cream is made: mixing ingredients and pouring them into a batch freezer. Common flavors include cherry, blue raspberry, piña colada, blueberry, orange-cream and lemon. We also sell a wider array of flavors, such as strawberry lemonade, mango and sour apple. Each serving equates to 86 calories.
