The Troy Historic Downtown Business Association (THDBA) is a group of business leaders dedicated to preserving and enhancing the historic district in Troy, Missouri. Members are comprised of building owners in the historic district and auxiliary members from the community who want to participate in restoring Troy’s downtown area to its old-time charm. Our goal is to work with the City of Troy and with each other to forge improvements to the area through government grants and to revitalize commerce through planned events targeted at drawing business to this area.
