True Colors Youth and Outreach Center continually strives to serve our community by providing self-confidence, acceptance, education, and compassion to our youth to help them to be more prepared for life after high school. Our goal is to create an environment that nurtures, teaches, and inspires through hands-on group classes, one on one sessions, & a team of passionate people. True Colors is based in Susquehanna County and is focused on enriching the lives of our Youth through socialization, life skills, mental health support, and providing a safe place to learn, grow, & succeed.
