We are located conveniently off of the 10 FWY and 10 Minutes from Arizona Airport. The venue features 155,000 SQ FT of air conditioned space along with 1000 spaces of parking. 800 on pavement and an extra 200 on gravel. This would be included in the lease for free. That alone is a huge plus and something that really welcomes attendees.
Furthermore, the Expo Center has all equipment available in house. Even stages. We are a privately owned facility so I can offer much better pricing than government/ state owned facilities, not to mention corporate owned venues. No union costs to be concerned with.
