“In my younger years I felt I had no artistic abilities. I was born and raised in Australia to hard working lower class parents with a family of eight children. As the eldest girl I was taught by my mother to knit, crochet and sew as they were some of the skills a woman should possess to be a desired wife. I've have spent my whole career in Information Technology, but deep down knew something was missing. Then I discovered Resin. I watched many hours of You-Tube videos where I also discovered water-slide paper to include pictures in my individualized gifts. Last year I started making unique individualized gifts of earrings, domino sets and chess sets for my family which then led to many requests from friends and co-workers. After completing several personalized Chess sets, I decided to mainly concentrate on Resin Chess/Checker sets.”
