We make gourmet fudge, the best you have ever had. We have done so for 16 years. This fudge is great. It is made of all quality products, cream, butter, vanilla beans from Madagascar, chocolate from Belgium, imported tropical sugar cane, etc. Each 50# batch is hand made in copper kettles with wooden paddles. It is made, according to PA state requirements, in a state approved and inspected kitchen. It is individually slice packaged with content information. We give out free samples on site. We also will gift package and ship.
