The Village Of Mill Spring, Missouri, Board Of Trustees is the elected governing body for our municipality. Our primary purpose is to improve the living standards and conditions for our constituents. An integral part of this mission, to revitalize and improve the Festival At Mill Spring. All proceeds will be used for park improvements and to provide seed funding for additional activities.
