The Wakefield Club was founded in 1957 as part of Rotary International. All proceeds--100%--of Wakefield Rotary Club's fundraising and the majority of other revenue go directly to charitable causes to help or improve life in our community, our nation, and around the world. The Wakefield Club supports food banks; education & resources for the socio-economically disadvantaged; scholarships for young adults; literacy programs; water purification programs in developing countries; the eradication of polio around the world; and many, many other important causes.
