Mayfest in Walhalla, South Carolina, May 10 and 11, 2013. Mayfest is an annual festival held on Friday from 11-7 and Saturday from 9-7 of Mother's day weekend celebrating the arrival of Spring to the Upstate. Main Street of Walhalla (Hwy 28) showcases food, craft and art vendors from all around the region. The 2013 Mayfest will offer lots of new things. Saturday holds an "Art of Living" event with a wine tasting and more art on the green behind the Chamber office and will be from 4-8 in the afternoon. Plan now to spend the day in Walhalla and enjoy all it has to offer.
