Welcome to the West End Civic Association, founded in 1947 by a passionate group of families in the Rebel Hill neighborhood of West Conshohocken, PA. We are a Non-profit 501(C)(3) community organization with a long history of serving the community and providing various programs that meet the surrounding area's needs.
