My wife,(Madeleine Scott), and i opened YardBird Bento during the summer of 2021 in July.
We decided to base our food trailer with a heathier choice of food options. We offer grilled chicken breast over a bed of Jasmine rice that has been drizzled with our homemade teriyaki sauce. We offer this with a variety of options: chicken can be plain or with Cajun seasoning, with grilled mixed vegetables or grilled pineapple, or both!
We also offer a vegetarian option with no chicken. All of this can be topped off with your choice of any of our 8 homemade sauces. Our food is offer in two sizes, small (12oz.) or large (24oz).
We are also happy to be able to offer COTTON CANDY service via our 10 x 10 canopy concession. We offer this in 8 different flavors and 2 different sizes. This has turned out to be a big crowd pleaser since adding it to our services.
