This Tutorial program was created and designed for Title 1 programs the youth at risk within low income families who's unable to financially provide specialized tutorial assistance for their child to avoid failing grades leading into, discouragement, emotional depressions, low self esteem, bad choices as they grow to eventually choosing to dropout, bringing them to forty years of trying to catch up later in life.
