The Youth Artist Guild Lubbock is a student-led theater program that provides a safe space for nurturing up-and-coming artists' creativity and passion for performing arts. This is done through various avenues including the only student-led theater program in Lubbock. Here, students lead the way and are instrumental in all areas of the theatre from serving on the Youth Advisory Board to show selection, designing costumes, creating make-up, designing lights and sound, stage crew, marketing, house and hospitality, and more. We strive to be inclusive, honorable, and encouraging to all. The Youth Artist Guild Lubbock performs 3 student produced play a season, provides performing arts classes for Homeschool students, has a Shining Stars special needs program, and provides performing arts Summer Camp opportunities.
