Also his son created the Big Pig Wrap with pulled pork, roasted onions and peppers, loaded baked beans, creamy cole slaw,and BBQ sauce. Our Brisket Chili is a big hit served with our homemade Jalapeno cornbread drenched with honey butter. The newest and very popular homemade Brisket Teriyake Beef Jerky is a big seller. We've been in many BBQ competitions and enjoy vending at all kinds of different events.
