The Brookfield Community Club was created to foster community spirit and fellowship and to provide assistance and service to the town of Brookfield and its schools, including the Tantasqua Regional School District.
The group is comprised of local residents and volunteers who meet each month, to plan and host a variety of events in line with this mission. Members are involved to the extent they choose, assisting with as many or as few events as they would like - investing just a couple hours each month as their time allows. With the variety of tasks and events that the BCC oversees, there truly is opportunity for a wide range of skills and interests for those who are interested. The group is open to adults of all ages and walks of life.
Larger events like the Apple Country Fair allow BCC to generate funds which are then used exclusively to provide grants to fund projects that will benefit the inhabitants of the town of Brookfield, or to provide awards in recognition of community service projects. Other events throughout the year include Movie Nights, Candy Making, 5K Fun Runs, and more!
