The Ballyhoo Festival is a juried fine arts festival with additional emphasis on cultural exchange. Artist prizes will be $6,000. On March 1, the Poarch Creek Indians will share their history and will have two performances of original tribal dance. On March 2, Florabama and the Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival will present a Fiddle/Banjo Competition with $4,000 in prize money awarded. This is a part of early American Appalachian culture. Fine art, fine crafts, great music, cultural exchange children's art activities, and great food!

April 25-26-27, 2025 - Magic City Art Connection (MCAC), Birmingham's premier fine art festival, will transform Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark in downtown Birmingham, Alabama into an Art and Cultural epicenter. MCAC features 175 juried contemporary fine art booths, special exhibitions and installations, artist-led workshops for children and adults, live music and cultural performances, plus Corks & Chefs - Birmingham's longest-running tasting event.
