Montana Cowboy Poetry Gathering & Western Music Rendezvous in Lewistown, Montana is listed in Patricia Schultz' travel book, 1,000 Places to See in the US and Canada Before you Die! The 4-day Gathering is a celebration of the history and heritage of the Rocky Mountain northwest 'before the wire.' Over 100 cowboy poets, musicians and art/gear vendors participate annually. Sat. August 8th Dave Stamey, singer/songwriter, stars at the Grand Stage Show.

A Family & Kids Festival organized by Reed Point Community Club.
This Montana Family & Kids Festival will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, crafts, fine art, fine craft, flea market and homegrown products exhibitors, and tba food booths. There will be 1 stage with Local talent and the hours will be Sun 7am-10am. This event will also include: car show, running of the sheep, log sawing contest, sheep shearing, lamb cook-off.
