The City of Umatilla and Phantizy Productions present the Rock the Locks Music Festival. 3 full days of rock and country featuring 25+ bands on 2 stages including major national headliners and local/regional talent. The Festival takes place on the Big River Golf Course. As one media writer put it, "I've been covering music festivals in North America for 20 years and this is the best festival I have ever been to."

A State Fair organized by Umatilla County Fair.
This Oregon State Fair will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, corp./information, crafts, fine art, fine craft and homegrown products exhibitors, and 30 food booths. There will be 2 stages with International, National, Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Wed-Thu 10am-12 midnight; Fri-Sat 10am-1am. Admission tickets are $10 - $40. This event will also include: parade, ag education, games, kids day camp, youth livestock auction, carnival.
