The City of Umatilla and Phantizy Productions present the Rock the Locks Music Festival. 3 full days of rock and country featuring 25+ bands on 2 stages including major national headliners and local/regional talent. The Festival takes place on the Big River Golf Course. As one media writer put it, "I've been covering music festivals in North America for 20 years and this is the best festival I have ever been to."

A Parade organized by Reedsport Lions Club.
This Oregon Parade will have no exhibit booths and no food booths. There will be Roving Performers with Local talent and the hours will be Sun-Mon 1:30pm-8pm. This event will also include: memorial service at hahn park following the parade, veterans dinner, patriotic concert.
