The City of Umatilla and Phantizy Productions present the Rock the Locks Music Festival. 3 full days of rock and country featuring 25+ bands on 2 stages including major national headliners and local/regional talent. The Festival takes place on the Big River Golf Course. As one media writer put it, "I've been covering music festivals in North America for 20 years and this is the best festival I have ever been to."

A Specialty-Theme Event organized by Rogue River's National Rooster Crow Committee.
This Oregon Specialty-Theme Event will have antique/collectibles, commercial/retail, corp./information, crafts, film, fine art, fine craft and homegrown products exhibitors, and 20 food booths. There will be 2 stages with Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Fri 2pm-7:30pm; Sat-Sun 8am-6pm. This event will also include: parade, rooster & human crowing contests, hydroplane boat races, art show, car show, music.
