The City of Umatilla and Phantizy Productions present the Rock the Locks Music Festival. 3 full days of rock and country featuring 25+ bands on 2 stages including major national headliners and local/regional talent. The Festival takes place on the Big River Golf Course. As one media writer put it, "I've been covering music festivals in North America for 20 years and this is the best festival I have ever been to."

This Oregon Air Show-Balloon Festival will have commercial/retail, corp./information, crafts and fine craft exhibitors, and 10 food booths. There will be 2 stages with Regional and Local talent and the hours will be Fri-Sat 6:30am-11pm; Sun 6:30am-5pm. Admission tickets are $15. This event will also include: hot air balloons, night glows, soccer tournament, beer garden, carnival.
