Fair Vendor Spot size, NEED HELP, Building a stand

I am building a conestoga wagon stand to sell hot dogs and I have come to find out that every fair has different spot sizes, What is the best advice for building a stand so it will fit all fairs, any advice. Thanks

most festivials give spot sizes around 12by12 or 10by10.
I would go with a 8by16 trailer leaving 4 foot for the toung.
of course that would be using 2 spots,I have seen stands as small as 6by 9.
but to me thats tight.the best thing to do is check with your local health dept.
find out what all needs to go inside (sinks,water storage,ect) and then design
aroun that.I did see one one of those pop up camping trailers used as a vendor
stand. and it was pretty neat. DW

Most places I have been to are 10' frontage and you can go deeper than 10' in most events,Look at some apps for the events you would like to get into and get an Idea of there sizes.but I find there in 10'per spot.
