What do you use for recording mileage? I find the new auto mileage apps aren’t flexible enough to track all the miles over a few days from start to finish for each show. I had an app that let me manually record beginning mileage and ending mileage but it was recently discontinued. I’ve looked at several other apps but they aren’t good for people who go to shows, stay a few days and then return back from the show. I’m quite frustrated because I’ve actually started just recording mileage in my notes and calculating mileage myself. Time consuming to say the least! Any suggestions from any of you in the same situation? Thanks! 🙋♀️

We don't use any apps but something easier. Using an inter-office memo mail envelope, has 30 lines, we enter our starting mileage, everywhere we go, and ending mileage. Bonus, it's a great place to keep all associated receipts for the month and has a tie for securing the month. We swap out these envelopes (new envelope) monthly and keep them in our vehicles.
