Each October, the South Carolina State Fair welcomes hundreds of thousands of guests for 12 days of exhibits, competitions, food, rides, and entertainment. The S.C. State Fair is a local, self-sustaining, charitable organization dedicated to preserving and promoting South Carolina's agricultural roots while supporting education. Since 1997, the South Carolina State Fair has given more than $4 million in scholarships to S.C. students.
