I am a natural born crafter. I love arts and crafts and it seems that you get better with age the longer you work at it the better you get. I have been crafting for about 30 years, I started when my children were young and I, a stay at home mom. Back then, most of my gifts to family and friends were the craft projects I made at home, and they were warmly received. Now that I am retired, I am turning my talents to the crafting and festival business. Everyone can use a little extra income!
I have a few special crafts that I like the best. I make wreaths and all kinds of wreaths. I just love the origin and the meaning of the wreath. It is a beautiful way to welcome family and friends into your home! Not to mention the beauty it brings to your front door. Now, don't stop at the front door, wreaths can go anywhere, windows, walls, gardens and I also bring them to the cemetery to adorn my loved ones graves or monuments.
Wreaths do have themes also, baby wreaths for the nursery, sports teams, patriotic, super heroes, holidays, seasons, and the ideas are endless. I also have wreaths for campers, use them to light up those nights at a camp fire making s'mores, yes I make wreaths with battery operated lights. My 11 year old grandson just loves his patriotic lights wreath for his 4th of July Boy Scout Camping trip
