Welcome Message:
RAD Creative Art policy for orders in bulk, (10+ items). We do not refund for orders that are already in production. If you need to change your order details, we need to be notified within 24 hours of original order. Cancellation should also be with 24 hours, no exceptions. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Payments:
Payments are expected immediately upon sale. Payment policies for personalized large orders for events can be made in increments at the shop owners discretion. Contact Joye for more information. All major credit cards, debit cards are accepted, Paypal is preferred.

Shipping & Order Processing:
Returns on all pre-made items already in inventory are welcome within 10 business days of original sale. Full purchase price will be refunded. Return fees are buyers responsibility
Refunds and Exchanges:

If an item arrives damaged, please provide a photo of items in its original package for a full refund including your shipping cost. We can not refund without it. We can also offer an exchange and will ship it out as quickly as possible.
