The Jewelry Boxes that you see are made from the finest of domestic and exotic hardwoods from around the world. In order to create a piece of art that is also functional and lovely to look at I combine the different woods into various patterns that will form the completed piece. Each piece is a one of a kind Jewelry Box due to the different wood grains.
As a small independent woodworking shop, Artistry In Woodworking can offer beautiful Jewelry Boxes and wood gifts, at an affordable price. flexibility and attention to detail not commonly found in larger shops. The following section outlines our return policy at John Traeger Studio & Artistry In Woodworking, customer service is a top priority and we strive to make sure that our store policies are fair to all parties involved. If the situation mandates it, we reserve the right to amend the following policies on a case by case basis. Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions about this policy, or have any other inquiries about our store.
As a general guideline, please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment so that in the event of a problem, the situation can be resolved as soon as possible. If an item needs to be returned, please package it properly, and ship back to us. If the return is a result of our error, we will arrange for payment of all postage expenses. Please ship back to us via USPS Priority, return postage will be paid for by the customer.
All items carry a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund of product purchase price. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any returns. Items that are returned damaged such as having broken parts, smudges, scratches or tears may result in the item being pro-rated.
On all custom and special orders work that is ordered by the customer there are no refunds.
